Westland Estates was established in 1984 initially as a sole trading company by our present Managing Director, to service the regular garden maintenance, internal cleaning services and window cleaning requirements of small residential developments.
Since that time the size and diversity of our clients has increased along with the size of the Company. We now offer a wider range of services from office cleaning to security services. Today the Company operates from our own 14 acre site housing our offices, operational depot and own Green Waste recycling area.

Westland Estates offers the complete solution for all the regular maintenance needs including office cleaning for Residential and Commercial properties within Greater London, South East of England (Surrey & Kent), West Country (Bath & Bristol) and M4 corridor (Swindon etc). The vast range of services that we provide from office cleaning to grounds care and domestic cleaning services, allows us to work with many industries. Working with Managing Agents & Landlords, Residents Associations, Educational & Healthcare Establishments, Housing Associations and other similar Property Managers and Owners.

Westland Estates ensure that the regular maintenance needs of the Grounds and all other Communal areas, both internal and external are serviced to the highest standard. Whether working to our own high specification or to a specification agreed with our client, work is always carried out by uniformed, fully qualified staff and team of commercial cleaners that in turn are subject to our own 4 weekly quality control audit.
This high specification coupled with our highly dedicated administration team ensure that we deliver a quality assured and problem free service to all our clients at all times. We are a Safe Contractor approved Company and have successfully achieved the ISO 9001 certification which ensures the highest quality standards throughout our operations.
